COVID-19 Policy

Social Distancing

• We ask movie goers to maintain physical distance in our lobby, restrooms and while inside the theatres. Wearing masks in public spaces is a state-wide mandate as of July 27th, 2020. We currently target capacity in each auditorium to 30%, and will limit each auditorium to no more than 50% capacity at any time.

• Face masks are to be worn while in the building, in all spaces, at all times, unless while consuming food or beverage.

• For your safety and others - Please don’t gather in groups in our lobby or hallways before or after your movie.

• In the theaters: To keep yourself and others safe, please leave 3 open seats between other customers or families/groups, and do not sit directly in front or behind another customer. Please wear your mask while watching a movie.

• We ask customers to purchase tickets online if you wish to reduce time and exposure to others. This can greatly speed up the process of getting to your movie. Contactless payment options are available.

• Floor markings will remind everyone about social distancing, and show where to go, and where to wait in line at the main stand.

Signage

• Signs at the entrance will be posted advising movie goers to not enter if sick or have a fever, and remind everyone to stay safe by practicing social distancing.

• Signs throughout the building (including digital signage, and our intermission slideshow) will help remind customers about social distancing, CDC recommended hand washing, wearing masks, etc. Floor markings will remind everyone about social distancing, and show where to wait in line at the main stand.

• Signs will be posted outside and inside the restrooms. Reminders about good hand washing procedures, social distancing, and our cleaning policy will be prominently posted. Floor markings show where to wait in line if needed for the restrooms.

Increased Sanitizer Availability

• Hand sanitizers will be readily available to customers and employees.

Employee Personal Protection Equipment

• For everyone’s safety and protection - All employees on duty will wear masks. Some job duties will require the use of gloves. Plexiglass shields are set up at cash registers as an extra level of safety.

Concessions

• Orders will take place at each register with as few customers as needed. Large groups should send only a couple of people to the main stand for ticket or concession orders, and the rest should wait in the theater.

• Each available register will take orders one customer at a time. Other customers should wait by the arrows on the floor, and maintain social distances.

• Staff will wash hands regularly after handling cash/cards.
